Preheat oven 425° Brown Sausage in Iron skillet

Blend dry and wet Ingredients (do not over mix). Arrange sausages in skillet, spoke fashion , and Pour batter evenly over them. You can also cut the links into bite size pieces and span evenly before pouring batter over.

Bake in Hot oven for 25 min until golden brown and puffy ,

Serve with applesauce.
