Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for a while. Soak all the masala powder in little bit of water

Heat a pan add oil and fry the fish from both sides till it becomes golden brown.

Now add oil in the same pan add whole jeera bay leaf and whole garam masalas and red chilli.allow it to tamper.

Add onions and fry till it turns translucent.Now add the soaked masala powder and mix.As the masala starts to leave oil add water and bring it to boil.Add the fish pieces and cover it for few minutes so that the fish gets tender.Switch off the oven and add the orange juice.

Finally garnish it with slitted green chilli and coriander leaves. Serve it hot with steaming rice and enjoy
