Marinate the chicken with salt,red chilli powder garam masala powder and oil

Now make a paste of onion, garlic cloves tomatoes and green chillies

Heat a pan add oil and tamper whole jeera,red chilli and garam masala

Add ginger paste and salt and saute

Now add the pasted masala, turmeric powder and chilli powder.saute well

Add the marinated chicken with the masala and mix

Cook it over a low flame and stir occasionally

As the chicken is cooked well add warm water and cover it
- 9
Finally when the chicken becomes tender add ghee and garam masala
- 10
Serve it hot with chapati and salad
