Ingredients

  1. 195 gramsself raising flour
  2. 11/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. Lemon zest
  5. 2large eggs
  6. 180 mlor 3/4 cup yoghurt
  7. Any flavor you please
  8. Vanilla extract
  9. 120 mlflavourless oil
  10. 200 ggranulated sugar. You can reduce if you please

Steps

  1. 1

    All your ingredients should be at room temperature.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl

    Beat your eggs in a different bowl. Add in your oil and mix well

  4. 4

    Create a well in your flour mixture and gently pour in the egg mixture

  5. 5

    Mix well and add in the yoghurt in bits. Mix well but do not over mix.

  6. 6

    Pour the batter in your greased pan and bake for 35-40 min or till toothpick comes out clean

  7. 7

    Serve with yoghurt on the side...or with tea
