Ingredients

2 persons
  • 8 slicesBread -
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves - chopped
  • 1/2 cupGreen garlic - chopped
  • 3-4 nosGreen chillies -
  • 1Onion - small
  • 1Tomatoes - pureed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspHaldi -
  • 1/2 tspDhania powder -
  • 1/4 tspRai -

Steps

  1. 1

    In a grinder put hara dhania....hara lasan....hari mirchi....onion.

  2. 2

    Make paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and put rai when splutter add green grinded paste.

    Cook till it changes colour.

  5. 5

    Add tomato paste/puree.

  6. 6

    Mix well and cook. Add dry spices.

  7. 7

    Put half cup of water.

  8. 8

    Add bread pieces.

    Mix well and serve hot.
