I love coffee. I drink it all the time, but, for those of us that can't afford a coffee machine this recipie is perfect for a simple, delicious latte :-)

I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary. If you heat it too much, the milk will overflow. It's nice topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Recipe by Reonken

I use this every day in my single serve keurig machine in the summer for iced coffee. You don't need to put ice cubes so your coffee won't become watery :)
