6 eachboneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 packagesmild taco seasoning
3 cupmild chunky salsa
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 cupsour cream

Preheat oven to 375.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over both sides of chicken and rub in.

Pour salsa over chicken.

Place uncovered in oven and cook on 375 for 20-30 mins until juices run clear.

Optional: sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over chicken and put back in oven for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.

Serve with sour cream if desired.
