Grilled chicken with bowties and broccoli

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and parsley. Grill in olive oil until golden brown and finish in the oven for 20 minutes to finish cooking. In a large pan boil one pack of bowtie pasta until al dente. Strain and set aside. In the same sauce pot add butter, parsley and chopped garlic and onions. Sweat until brown. Blanche broccoli in boiling water until soft and bright green in colour. Set aside with pasta. Add milk, sour cream and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Fold in pasta and broccoli making sure all is coated. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Slice chicken breast and serve as accompaniment.
