Ingredients

15 mins
  1. 1 lbShrimp, cooked and peeled
  2. 1 lbOctopus, cooked, cleaned and diced
  3. 1 lbConch, cooked, cleaned and diced
  4. 1Onion, chopped
  5. 1Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  6. 1Yellow Pepper, chopped
  7. 1Red Pepper, chopped
  8. 4 tbspGarlic, finely chopped (Can be garlic powder)
  9. 3/4 cupOlive Oil
  10. 2 tspVinegar
  11. 1Salt and pepper
  12. 1 bunchCilantro (Coriander leaves) finely chopped... (personally, I like a lot of it)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix all the seafood, onions, cilantro and peppers.

  2. 2

    In another bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Pour over the seafood all the oil mix and mix well.

  4. 4

    Let it rest on the fridge overnight, mixing occasionally.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy!
