For makke di roti mix all ingredients other than butter and make soft dough.

Keep it aside and Covered.

Now Cook 3 types of green leaves together in cooker till 4-5 whistle.just add 1/4 cup of water.

Now mash it with hand blender.

Now heat a pan with butter.

Now add onion,ginger & garlic paste and green chilli paste in it.

Now add salt and saag.cook it till it dries and butter comes out of it.

Now Remove it from gas.

While your saag is cooking you can start making Roti.

Make thick balls from prepared dough.

Now make little thick chapati with help of dusting Flour and rolling pin.

Now Cook it in hot Tawa with pressing on roti with kitchen towel from both sides

Now apply butter on roti from both sides.

Serve hot with hot saag and white butter and salad.
