Steps

Put a sufuria on heat and pour four teacups of water and cover.

Allow water to boil and then apinch of salt followed by one teaspoonful of vegetable cooking oil for about 5_8 mins.

Add the rice and allow to cook,after its half cooked,simmer for 3 to 5 mins,,remove from heat.,

With the onion,ginger and garlic and tomatoes are chopped,,,place sufuria on heat

Allow it to dry and pour the ramaining portion of oil

Add the onion and cook until golden brown then add gerlic and ginger and stir fir 2 mins

Add tomatoes and allow to cook for 3 mins while covering.

Add dengu and cook for 5 to 10 mins,

Stir and simmer for 5 mins.

Remove and serve when hot.
