Street type aloo ragda chaat

First boil the potato and then peel off the skin of potato and cut 1 potato into 4-6 piece

Heat the oil in a pan add onion slices then fry golden brown and crispy then remove fried onion from the kadai into a bowl

Using same kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add chopped medium size potato fry till light brown then add chopped tomato fry for one min

Then add red chilli powder fry a minute

Then take a bowl add chopped onion, masala potato, tamarind pulpy paste, chaat powder, fried onion, chopped raw mango,lemon juice, salt mix all the ingredients

After that garnish with finely chopped green coriander leaves

As per your taste u can add green chilli also for more spicy taste

Serve hot
