Ingredients

  1. 2 lblean ground beef
  2. 1 envelopeonion soup mix
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1 cupoats or bread crumbs
  5. 1jar chili sauce
  6. 1 canCranberry sauce
  7. 1 cupunpacked brown sugar
  8. 1 cansauerkraut

  1. 1

    Mix beef, oats or bread crumbs, eggs and onion soup package together. Form into balls (larger for dinner size or smaller for appetizer size) and put into 9 13 in pan.

  2. 2

    Combine chili sauce, cranberry sauce, brown sugar and sauerkraut in a saucepan and simmer until well blended.

  3. 3

    Pour sauce over meatballs and bake uncovered for 90 minutes at 350°F.
