Whole Wheat Tandoori Naan (Dhaba style) on Tava without yeast

For naan, take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, jeera powder, coriander and mix well.

Add whisked curd, oil and lukewarm water and make the soft dough for naan

Cover it for an hour with muslin cloth.

After an hour, on a plain surface strech the dough for 5 minutes.

Keep for another hour for second proofing.

Now male small balls from the dough, flatten one ball. Apply water on one side.

On a tava, place the side first on which water is applied. Bubbles woukd appear.

Next, take the whole tava upside down with naan in it. And let other side get roasted.

When done apply ghee or butter.
