Ingredients

  • 600 GMmagur fish
  • 1/2 kgfresh palak
  • 7-8green chilli
  • 2potato
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 and 1/2 spoon haldi
  • 2 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 spoongarlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • 1tomato
  • 150 gmmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fish ko wash kar ke salt and haldi se merinet karein

  2. 2

    Fir kadayi me oil gram kar ke sabhi fish ko fry kar ke Nikal le

  3. 3

    Palak ko saaf kar ke bada bada Kat le aalu ko bhi chhilkr Kat le

  4. 4

    Sabji ko dhokr pani shukha le

  5. 5

    Ab jis kadayi me fish fry kiya he usi bache oil ko grm karein

  6. 6

    Fir oil me jeera dale jeera tdk jaye tab aalo dale or 1-2 minute saute karein

  7. 7

    Fir green chilli ka slice kar ke dale

  8. 8

    Fir palak dal kar mix karein

  9. 9

    Ab haldi salt garlic paste coriander powder dal kar sabhi ko mila le

  10. 10

    Fir chopped tomato dal kar sabji ko mix karein and fry kiya huaa fish or 2 geelas pani dal kar sabji ko dhk de

  11. 11

    15-20 minute me sabji pakaye And serve karein boil Rice ke sath
