  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper

    slice sweet potatoes into bite size slices. melt butter in saucepan. add sweet potatoes with 2 cups water. cook until fork tender. add salt, pepper and syrup. cook 15 minutes serve hot.
