  2. 2carrots, shredded
  3. 1yellow bell pepper, chopped
  4. 5scallions, minced
  5. 4 tspsoy sauce
  6. 3 cupedamame, cooked shelled
  7. 4 cuprice, cold cooked

  1. 1

    heat oil in wok over medium high heat. add carrots, bell peppers and scallions, and stir fry until just tender, about 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    add soy sauce, edamame, and rice, and stir fry until combined and heated through, about 5 minutes.
