Make a semithick batter by mixing gram flour; onion; potato; cauliflower; salt; chilli powder; turmaric powder and water. Add chat masala and garam masala. Add baking soda. Leave it for 10min

Heat oil in a kadhai. Pour the small portion of batter with laddle.

Cook them on low medium flame.

Cook till golden brown

Take them out and sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot with chutney or sauce
