1Carrot
to tasteRed chilli powder
To tasteSalt
1 tspvinegar
1 tspLemon
2 tbspCashew nuts
as neededWhole spices
as neededFried onion (for garnishing)
1/2 cupCoriander
1/2 tspTurmeric

Rost spice (long, mustard seed, bayleaf, cardimum, whole spice) in oil for 2 to 3 minutes

Add rice in spices

After cook rice add turmuric, salt, vinegar

Add cashew nuts (fried) or onion(fried)

Cover ta simer on rice for 10 to 15 minutes

After that serve it
