Shrikhand in vermicelli nest
Shrikhand is full of taste and crunch
Steps

For nest:-take a pan add ghee and sewai,switch on the flame and roast the sewai nicely.

When equally roast the sewai than add condensed milk and mix it in 1 min.

Now off gas and little cool it now set the sewai in silicone mould

Keep it in fridge for 1/2hour.

For srikhand:-take a bowl add hung curd,sugar cardamom, saffron milk and chopped badam mix it well.

Sewai cups remove from fridge

Pour srikhand in cups.Garnish with pomegranate and badam and saffron strands.

Serve chilled
