  3. 1Onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoonGaram massala
  5. 1/2 teaspoonrajah curry powder
  6. 3 clovesGarlic
  7. 1 teaspoonGround chicken stock
  8. pinchSalt

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean chicken and cut in pieces pour in the pot

  2. 2

    Add onion all spices and garlic cook for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Add ground chicken stock and wine let simmer for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Best served with pap
