Ingredients

2 clovechopped onion
1 largegreen bell pepper
1Fish Fillets
1 tspsoy sauce
1 pinchsalt
3 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

Mix the salt and soy sauce and add to the fish

Let it sit for 4hrs

In a skillet add some vegetable oil and sauté the onions. Add the bell pepper cut into cubes

Add the fish and let it pan fry until all sides Brown

Serve with rice or a side of your choice.

Great for light dinner
