Ingredients

  • 1 kgwheat flour
  • 800 GMcastor Sugar
  • 800 GMGhee
  • 200 gmKhoya
  • Chopped dry fruits of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big kadhai, add ghee heat and melt.

  2. 2

    Add wheat flour roast till light brown.

  3. 3

    Add khoya mix well.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well

  5. 5

    Add chopped dry fruits and give shape to the mixture.

  6. 6

    Make pinni.
