Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupFlour (2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups)
  • 2Eggs
  • 3/4 cupOil
  • 3 tbspMilk
  • 1 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1 tspHeaping baking powder
  • 1 tbspVanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, add sugar, add oil, milk (water), and vanilla. Gradually add flour and baking powder. Dough should be soft not hard. Can use rolling or shape into balls. Bake at 350°F.
