I made this because I had some frozen albacore tuna.

2 servings

200 gramsAlbacore tuna (frozen is also okay)
1 pieceGrated garlic
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspMayonnaise
1Panko
1Frying oil

Steps

Marinade the albacore tuna in the grated garlic and soy sauce.

Coat the entire surface in mayonnaise and panko.

Fry in oil until crispy and browned. Transfer to a plate and it's done!

Serve with your favorite sauce.
