For aloo gravy__in a pan add oil,asafetida,mustard seeds,and tomatoes pury

Cook till oil reduced,then add turmeric,red chilly powder,kitchen king masala,salt t,sugar then add chopped boiled potatoes and cook for1 min.

Then add 1/2 cup water and cook till boiling then add chopped coriander

For naan Daugh__in a mixing bowl add maida salt,sugar,oil,mix well,then add curd,eno,and warm water as required and make soft Daugh,and cover for1/2 hour

Then take small ball and role it then stuff aloo stuffing in it then role it oval shape then apply water both sides and sprinkle black til,chopped coriander

Then put it on hot tawa as coriander on top and cook on medium flame one side then turn Tawa on direct flame and cook another side
