In a sauce pan add water and sugar and let boil over medium heat until golden caramel color

In a bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix well and set aside.

When the caramel is golden brown pour the caramel to a 9in round crystal baking dish and with a spoon spread it all over the baking dish.

Add the other ingredients you made earlier and add it into the crytal baking dish using a collinder and cover with foil very tightly.

In a large pot put the covered flan over bain marie..make sure the flan is only about 1/2 or 3/4 way covered by the water.

Boil for an hr and let cool and refridgerate for a few hrs or overnight and enjoy!
