Ingredients

  1. 16 cuppopcorn-popped
  2. 1 lbsliced bacon
  3. 1 1/4 cuppure maple syrup
  4. 2 cupunsalted, roastede penuts
  5. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  6. 1 1/2 tspcinnamon
  7. 1 tbspkosher salt

Cooking Instructions

    Ine two large baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 300°F

    In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, remove bacon and leave fat in pan

  3. 3

    With fat still in pan, add maple syrup, peanuts, pepper, cinnamon, and salt. Combine, heat for one minute until it starts to bubble.

    Cut bacon into 1inch by 1/4inch strips and add to popcorn in large bowl. Add mixture on top and mix with heat proof spatula until popcorn is evenly coated.

    Spread popcorn on baking sheets and bake for 20 min. May feel soggy but will crisp as it cools. Let cool completely before putting into container. Will last a week at room temp.
