  • 2green onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4 clovesGarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Apply oil on brinjal & little cut & roast

    Heat oil add jeera,onion,tomato cook well than add garlic

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients masala

    When oil come upside turn off gas serve with bajra roti
