heat oven to 350..dice veggies..mix ground beef veggies eggs salt pepper and bread crumbs and condiments in a big bowl then transfer to baking dish and form a loaf..cook for about an hour..mix ground1/2 and1/2 ketchup and heinz 57 and use as a glaze. cook for another ten min.
