Ingredients

1 hour
8 servings
  • 1/3 bagof elbow noodles.
  • 1/3red onion.
  • 1Frozen peas to taste
  • 2 cantuna.
  • 2stock green onion
  • 1Baby spinach
  • 1/3 stickof white cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 jarof Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2red pepper.
  • 1Salt and pepper to taste.

  1. 1

    Dice up all the veggies except the spinach.

  2. 2

    Boil the noodles and frozen peas until they're almost done. (If you're using canned peas, just open and drain the can.)

  3. 3

    Open and drain the tuna.

  4. 4

    Mix together the noodles, tuna, Alfredo sauce and veggies (except the spinach) in a deep casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Cover the mixture with baby spinach. Top that with grated cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
