1 canCold Beer
1 pinchof salt
1/2 tspSugar

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Make well in centre & pour in beer

Mix with knife. Mix with hand ( if too wet add extra flour)

Scrape onto a floured board & kneed quickly into shape

Place damper on alfoil on top of trivet
5

Cook about 60 minutes with coals on top
