Ingredients

  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 4 ozgreen chile, chopped
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 2 canchicken
  • 12corn tortillas
  • 1 lbcheddar cheese, grated

Steps

  1. 1

    brown onion in margarine

  2. 2

    combine soups, broth, and chile

  3. 3

    add chicken and mix well

  4. 4

    in a casserole sish, place layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture, and a layer of cheese

  5. 5

    repeat layers until casserole is filled, using all tortillas

  6. 6

    bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly throughout
