  • 5sausages
  • 1capsicum
  • 1onion
  • 1 sliceginger
  • 3green chilli
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 1mayo
  • 1 cupmac

Steps

  1. 1

    boil the cup of macaroni with three cups of water mixed with pepper, salt , and a bit of oil till mac boils well

  2. 2

    at the same time boil the sausages till they become tender.

  3. 3

    next cut the onion capsicum chilli and ginger into thin pieces

  4. 4

    the sausages will be done much quicker so when it is cut them into small pieces as well

  5. 5

    in a pan mix the sausages onion capsicum chilli and ginger with small amount of oil till it gets done well! note: reduce the heat do not let the ingredients get done too much

  6. 6

    once the mac is done. drain its liquid and mix the mac with the contents in the pan

  7. 7

    mix well. and add required amounts of mayo!
