Cooking Instructions
- 1
I like to thaw the frozen hamburgers a little before pulling them apart. Setbthem in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours or on the counter for less
- 2
Take your beef boullion cubes and put them in a saucepan. Add water. I don't measure , just add in enough to make a strong beef broth as I don't like it weak in flavor but you can add more
- 3
Boil and break down the cubes on high heat. When they are dissolved , take it off the heat. Add in your jar of beef gravy and mix together. It should thicken some
- 4
Pre heat oven to 300
- 5
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients. This will thicken into a paste if you do it with less liquid as mine did. At first it was runny until I started adding the seasonings. You don't have to make it pasty. Up to on how much of everything you use.
- 6
In a casserole dish ( I used 2 ) , place the beef pattties in them and you can put them on top of each other. They don't stick together. Add in the saucepan with the beef broth and gravy.
- 7
Spread the other mixture on top of the burgers. Cover with foil. If your adding onions do so before covering
- 8
Cook in the oven covered for 25 minutes. Pull them out , flip them over then re cover and put back in the oven. Cook for an additional 30 to 45 minutes. ( I cooked mine for about an hour and 20 minutes total )
- 9
If you are adding cheese , take the ones your doing with cheese, place them on a plate, add cheese and cover with a lid from a pot to melt.
- 10
While these are still in the oven get your condiments ready :) these are messy and drip , so you might want to drain the excess liquid before placing on your bun. Take the burgers out and serve with any sides and condiments you like . Enjoy !

Melty Cheesy Tofu Burgers Melty Cheesy Tofu Burgers
It's been 6 years since I stopped eating meat. Most of my protein intake comes from tofu. Tofu can be eaten in many different ways, and you can even make pseudo-hamburgers with tofu.At Step 6, when you are forming the patties try to cover the cheese completely so that it's not poking out to the surface; that way the burgers will fry up easily. You can use a cheese other than mozzarella. Any cheese is ok as long as it's the melting kind. Recipe by enzo_lorenzo cookpad.japan -

Fluffy Tofu and Ground Pork Burgers Fluffy Tofu and Ground Pork Burgers
I only had pork, and I didn't want to make hamburgers, so I added tofu. It's really easy. If you heat the frying pan well and add water to it, the patties will cook through evenly. Adjust the amount of panko by adding it little by little and gauging the texture of the mixture. Recipe by yuriyuzu03 cookpad.japan -

Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers
Since my husband was putting on weight, I created this dish to serve him a healthy and tasty dish. The key is to slowly cook the burgers through on low heat. That will make them firm and less likely to break apart. Mayonnaise is optional, but I recommend a small amount for taste. Don't add too much or they will become greasy tasting. Yummy recipe made with things I had leftover from other dishes. I had mine lower carb and nixed the bun, but hubby and daughter ate them with the bun and they both liked it. Even the little one liked it, who originally said “Ewww turkey burgers!” Of course if you don’t have an air fryer, use the oven as a substitute. Shari -
