Cut top off garlic head.

Place all ingredients in crockpot.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Take pork out and shred using 2 forks pulling the pork apart.

Warm tortilla in frying pan.

Top tortilla with pork, Mexican hot sauce, Pico de gallo and taco slaw. Enjoy!
