  3. 2 canItalian Style Diced Tomatoes
  4. 8 ozCream Cheese
  5. 1 lbGround Sausage
  6. 1 boxor 4 cups Chicken Broth

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown sausage

    Cut cream cheese into chunks.

  3. 3

    Put all ingredients in crock pot.

  4. 4

    Cook on low 5 - 6 hours.
