Ingredients

  • 2Bikaneri papad
  • 1Boiled potato
  • 1Finely chopped tomato
  • 1Finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoonlime juice
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the papad cone in microwave for 40 seconds in a 900° C.

  2. 2

    Half fold the papad and make 1-1 cone of each semi circle papad.

  3. 3

    Cut the boiled potatoes into small dices.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and fill in the papad cone.

  5. 5

    Serve the crispy and tangy papad cone chaat immediately.
