Heat the oil in pressure cooker add chopped onion and stir it till they becomes light brown

Then add tomatoes pulp and sauté it

When tomato puree completely cooked then add lotus stems, coriander powder,salt, red chilli powder and give 2_3 whistle

Then add peeled and diced potatoes and peas and give 1_2 whistle

After the cooker cools down sprinkle the garam masala on top and serve hot with white rice or plain roti.....
