1Red Onion

Seasong your chicken breast with adobo or the seasoning of your choice.

Add the butter to a medium pan on medium heat. Cover and cook until no longer pink and halfway cooked.

Add passion fruit juice and as many sliced sweet peppers, red onions and pineapple chunks as you want. Lower the heat just a bit and cover the lid.

Now let all those delicious flavors incorporate for about 20 minutes or until chicken is nice and tender :-)
