1 largeyellow onion
3 cloveminced garlic
1 lbsliced mushrooms
8 cupDried bread diced
1 tbspEach sage and thyme
1/4 lbButter
1 canPoultry stock
1 pinchSalt, nutmeg, pepper to taste
1 cupSliced celery

Steps

Lightly sauté garlic, onion and mushrooms in butter.

Add celery, stock, sage and thyme. Stir to blend, then add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Add crumbs and toss until evenly moist.

Stuff your poultry or place stuffing in a pan and bake for one hour at 350.
