Basket banane ke liye quinoa flour,all purpose flour, ajwain,salt,oil,mix karke water se dough ready karein and 1/2 hour rest ke liye rakhe.

Is dough ki ek roti belkr lambi streeps cut karein.

Aluminum mould ko Grease karke dough streeps se basket banaye.

Sabhi basket ko preheat oven me 180 the par 25 to 30 minutes bake karein.thanda hone par demould karein.

Stuffing ke liye quinoa ko wash karein. 4 cup water me quinoa dal kar boil karein.quinoa soft ho jaye tab tak pakaye.sara pani sukh jaye tab gas off karke dhakkr 10 min rakhe.

Pan me oil garam karke mustard seeds add karein.mustard seeds crackle ho tab cumin seeds,fennel seeds,green chilli,turmeric powder add karke quinoa add karein. boiled potato,red chilli powder,chaat masala,garam masala, salt, coriander leaves add karke mix karein.

Serve karne ke liye basket me stuffing add karein.chutney,coriander chutney, curd,tomato,onion,pomegranate,sev dal kar serve karein.
