Steps

Heat oil in a cooker. Add ginger garlic paste. stir continuously. Till it turns to light golden brown.

Add onion and 2 tbsp coriander leaves paste (onion and coriander leaves dono ko saath mein grind karein usse recipe ka taste bhut yummy aaa jayega)

Stir it well till it turns to golden brown.

Add salt, haldi, and Malai. Mix it well for 3 - 4 min.

After then add tomato puree. And stir it till then oil separate.

Then add red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala.

After few min. Add aloo and matar stir it well for 5 min.

Add water (jitne gravy aapko chahiyeh uske mutabik)

Now cover the cooker in high flame leave for 9 - 12 min. When first whistle comes

Slow the flame and leave it for 5 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve 🔥 with chapati.
