Ingredients

  1. 2 cup- matar
  2. 3- aloo (cut 6 pc in each aloo)
  3. leavesCoriander
  4. 1onion (paste)
  5. 2tomatoes (puree)
  6. 1 tbsp- malai
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tsp- red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp- haldi
  10. 1 tsp- dhania powder
  11. 1/2 tsp- garam masala powder
  12. 2 tbsp- oil
  13. 1 1/2 tbsp- ginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker. Add ginger garlic paste. stir continuously. Till it turns to light golden brown.

    Add onion and 2 tbsp coriander leaves paste (onion and coriander leaves dono ko saath mein grind karein usse recipe ka taste bhut yummy aaa jayega)

  3. 3

    Stir it well till it turns to golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add salt, haldi, and Malai. Mix it well for 3 - 4 min.

  5. 5

    After then add tomato puree. And stir it till then oil separate.

  6. 6

    Then add red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala.

  7. 7

    After few min. Add aloo and matar stir it well for 5 min.

  8. 8

    Add water (jitne gravy aapko chahiyeh uske mutabik)

  9. 9

    Now cover the cooker in high flame leave for 9 - 12 min. When first whistle comes

  10. 10

    Slow the flame and leave it for 5 min.

  11. 11

    Ur recipe was ready to eat

  12. 12

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve 🔥 with chapati.
