Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 4 cupsBeans
  2. 3cooking spoon Vegetable oil
  3. Salt
  4. 2Seasoning
  5. 4big Onion bulbs
  6. 5Tatasi
  7. 1 table spoonCurry
  8. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  9. 4gloves Ginger
  10. 4gloves Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick the beans and remove dirts.soak in water for 2minutes pound lighting in a mortar.

  2. 2

    Pour in a sieve and add water wash and rinse till the all beans back is off.

  3. 3

    Pour in a container,add onion,tatasi(remove the seeds)crayfish,ginger and garlic.blend in a mill.

  4. 4

    Pour in warm water dont let it to be too watery.add seasoning,salt,curry and vegetable oil.turn with a spartula very well and taste if the ingredients is ok.

  5. 5

    Rinse the leaves and scoope the moimoi mixture in it.fold very well to avoid spillage.

  6. 6

    Boil water in a big pot,onces is boiled gradually put the moi moi and cover to boil.boil with intense heat for 1h.
