Ingredients

  • 100 gmpoha
  • 1 capcicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1 carro
  • 1mirch
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tsp,haldi
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspamchur powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash poha &stain excess water

  2. 2

    Take kahrai and add refined oil,rai to it

  3. 3

    Then add capcicum,carrot,onion,mirch

  4. 4

    Bhun le and add all spices to it

  5. 5

    At last add poha and stir it well

  6. 6

    Cover the karahi for 2min

  7. 7

    Serve with corriender
