Steps

Ek large non-stick pan me butter melt karein and potatoes add karein with crushed garlic,salt and oregano.

Apne taste ke according seasoning adjust karein.
Potatoes ko every 2-3 minutes me turn karein.

Potatoes Crisp,brown and soft hone tak cook karein approx 10-15 minutes.
Jab potatoes cook ho jaye,flame pff karein and potatoes ke upar cheese add karein,toda chilli flake and oregano b dale dhkkr 5 minutes chod de.

Now serving plate me dale upar se honey pour karein and serve hot :)
