  5. 1 cupDiced Carrots
  6. 1 cupChopped Celery
  7. 10Peppercorns
  8. 1 tbspSalt

    Add all ingredients into a large stock pot

    Cover and let simmer gently 6hr

  3. 3

    Remove scum occasionally.

  4. 4

    Strain and cool quickly.

  5. 5

    Store in refrigerator.

  6. 6

    Amount: 2 1/2 qt
