This is my quick go to noodle dish.. I often change up the sauces by adding more spice, or sweetness... this one is riiiight in the middle. You can change up the protein to whatever you like. DELISH! 😉

Ingredients

  1. 12 ozsoba noodles (or whole wheat pasta, or any pasta you'd like)
  2. 15to 20 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  3. 2Bell peppers sliced (which ever 2 coloured peppers you like)
  4. 3garlic cloves (thinly sliced )
  5. 2Green onions (chopped)*for garnish,optional*
  6. 2celery stalks (sliced)
  7. 1 tbspsesame oil
  8. Teriyaki Sauce
  9. 1/3 cupteriyaki sauce (I added about an extra tablespoon)
  10. 1 tspSriracha
  11. 2 tspgrated fresh ginger
  12. 1 tspbrown sugar
  13. 1 tspfish sauce
  14. 1 tsprice wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot, cook the soba noodles (or whatever noodle you use) according to package, drain and set aside.

    In a bowl Mix together the sauce and set aside

  3. 3

    In a wok/skillet: heat sesame oil and add garlic and celery. Cook 2 min.

  4. 4

    Add your sliced peppers and cook for about another 2-3 min (I like the veggies to be a little crisp still 😉)

    Add the shrimp to the wok and stir fry together with the veggies until shrimp JUST turn pink.

  6. 6

    Pour in half the sauce and stir shrimp and veggies.

  7. 7

    Add the noodle and toss together, then pour the rest of the sauce and toss to combine

  8. 8

    Let everything mingle together for another 3 min or so and serve with green onions for garnish. Enjoy !!😉
