Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoonsyeast
  • 1.5 teaspoonsCinnamon powder
  • 3 teaspoonssugar
  • Warm water
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl including the 3tablespoons of oil.

  2. 2

    Add some warm water and knead evenly.

  3. 3

    Set aside and let it rise

  4. 4

    Roll and shape. Deep fry and serve.
