Finely chopped peppers garlic cloves and onion.

Then fry them and and crumble the beef stock and season it with all the spices.

Add the mince meat and let it cook for a while.

Stir it until it's cooked and starting to fry. Then pour the tomato sauce.

Then on a small cup prepare your the mixture of soup then pour them over mince meat then let them be thickened

Cup the cooked squash then pour the mince over the opened clean squash and crumble the feta cheese

We enjoy the meal me and my husband with corn, vegetables, and stuffed gem squash.
